- You have met your fiancee in person within the last two years
- You both intend to marry within 90 days of fiancee entering US
- You make over the Poverty Guidelines (see below) of $18,212 per year
- There is a bona fide, real relationship
YOU QUALIFY FOR K3 MARRIAGE VISA
- You have married a foreign national
- You make over the Poverty Guidelines (see below) of $18,212 per year
- There is a bona fide, real relationship
REGARDING POVERTY GUIDELINES:
- If you do not make over the Poverty Guidelines of $18,212 per year you can have any other U.S. Citizen do an Affidavit of Support to aver that they will support Fiancee/Spouse, if needed, so that Fiancee/Spouse will not go on any sort of public aid, welfare, or the like.
- If you are retired or self-employed, you can also qualify on assets such as house, pension, social security, business etc.
